The Challenge
The practice was effectively invisible on Google. For its most important search, "dentist Sugar House," it sat on page four, where almost no one ever scrolls. New patient growth had stalled, and the owner was relying on word of mouth in one of the most competitive dental neighborhoods in the Salt Lake Valley.
Two newer practices had opened within a mile, both ranking in the Map Pack. The practice had a decent website but a barely-touched Google Business Profile, inconsistent listings across directories, and only a handful of Google reviews.
